What sources will be used?
For papers that should only include specific sources, you have to specify the source in the details field of the order form. If the sources required are not accessible to our writers/experts, either on-line or hardbound, you would have to send the specific sources via e-mail or fax.
Should you fail to mention the specific sources to be used in the research, we grant the right to our writers/experts to choose the sources that will used in the production of your paper, which will be indicated in the citation list.
How will I receive my paper?
We will upload the completed paper on your mypaperexpress account. Click "My Orders" on the User Panel to see the delivered orders.
We will, as much as possible deliver your order on or before the time specified in the order form. However, should there be any untoward circumstances and that the customer failed to receive the papers on time, the following policy applies:
- If the failure to receive the papers is caused by our company because of unavoidable circumstances such as power/internet connection failure due to natural causes, we take liability by offering discounts.
- If the failure to receive the papers is caused by other factors aside from company failure such as technical problem, we take no responsibility and that request by the customer to have the documents resent will be charge at a regular rate.
What if I am not fully satisfied with my paper?
MyPaperExpress.com is focused in achieving customer satisfaction. For this reason, if you are not completely satisfied and want some revisions on the papers that you received, we will provide revision in the shortest possible time until your paper meets your expectations, free of charge. Your papers may be processed up to second revision for free for your complete satisfaction.
Request for revisions must be processed within 12 hours from the receipt of the documents. All requests for revisions that do not meet the timeframe shall not be processed and will be considered that papers are received on a very satisfactory condition and required no further modification
If after the two complementary revision procedures are completed, and the customer demands on further modification, the following terms will apply:
- If the request for revision is doable, the company will charges the regular cost for revisions;
- If the request for revision cannot be done according to the given instructions (i.e., formatting, additional sources), we will inform the customer via e-mail that the request cannot be processed, and our company will offer refunds up to 50 percent of the original cost of production. Cost for money transfer shall be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Will my Information be shared?
All information provided by our customer in the Order and Checkout form shall be treated with very strict confidentiality. We do not disclose, share, distribute nor sell any information to any third party vendor. Paypal, our payment system provider, guarantees the absolute security of your transaction.
