Order Procedure

The production of your Essays/ Solutions will follow the following procedure:

  3. Then, you accomplish the ORDER FORM and click "Checkout" for payment processing. Form of Payment accepted in the Paypal includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, and debit cards with Visa and MasterCard logo.
  4. Your information will be validated. All payment transactions will be processed through paypal.com, our primary online payment service provider. If paypal payment is verified, we will start processing your order. In case you encounter problem with paypal.com, please contact us immediately.
  5. Your order will be assessed and will be delegated to the writer/expert of particular specialization.
  6. Your order form will be evaluated and the chosen writer/expert assigned to work on your topic will do the research and completes the process and tailors the paper according to your specifications.
  7. Our competent editors will then proof read and polish the essay term papers/solutions.
  8. Our new anti-plagiarism software will screen the essay term papers/solutions to ensure authenticity and originality of our customized essay term papers/solutions.
  9. Finally, your essay term papers/solutions will be uploaded to your mypaperexpress account (see "My Orders") and at the same time you will be notified thru e-mail.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed once Paypal payment has been verified. During this process, we acquire irretrievable fees. Therefore, we strictly implement the following cancellation policy:

  1. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been delivered, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before refund will be issued.
  2. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been delivered, the cancellation will be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Please refer to our Return Policy.
  3. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will also be treated as a Return.

Return Policy

All delivered orders can be returned but with applicable fees.

  1. If the returned order is for revision request and can be done according to the given instructions, the company will charges the regular cost for revisions.
  2. If the returned order is for revision request and CANNOT be done acccording to the given instructions, the company will inform the customer via e-mail that the request cannot be processed. The company will offer refunds up to 50% of the original cost of production. Cost for money transfer shall be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
